wall plugs (quantity and position as per design);
• Lighting – Lighting installation to switches and
lamp bulb sockets (quantity and position as per
design);
• Low voltage - Phone installation to socket;
Electric bell installation
• Other installations –TV Cabling to socket;
• Radiators;
• Terraces – water stop ground coat covered with
gres tiles (shape and color will be Architect’s
choice);
• Furniture is optional, as per buyer request.
The Building will be with :
• Structure – columns, slabs and shear walls from in
situ cast reinforced concrete;
• External walls - Solid blocks masonry
• Facades - Thermal insulation coating
• Roof - Thermal insulation and covered with
shingle; Sheeting from rust-proof metal.
• Facades coverings - color silicate coat; partially
with limestone cladding; designed steel railings for
the balconies
• Electrical installation - individual for each
apartment with main electric board and a individual
meter for each apartment;
• Plumbing installation with PVC or PEHD pipes and
installed water meter for each apartment;
• Heating installation – one piece of heating boiler
for each building working with natural GAS and
complete piping installation (according to the
design);
• Intercom system;
• Luxury elevator;
• Staircases coated with gres tiles.

International in Sevlievo Bulgaria

• Entirely accomplished bathrooms and toilets with faience and
terracotta, equipped with toilet wash-basins, mirrors, baths, mono-unit,
mixing-taps and ventilators; All tiles and Sanitary equipment are
provided from the factory of Ideal Standard International in Sevlievo
Bulgaria.

The prices of the apartments vary in accordance with
the floor, size, direction and the stage of
construction.
We also offer attractive price of Garages, open

Payments Scheme
1,000 Euro deposit for securing the deal for 2
weeks.

1. First payment - 30% of the
price in 2 weeks term after the booking deposit
and after signing the preliminary contract.

2. Next payments – we offer
flexible schedule of payments.
There is also an option to buy by
using our VIP mortgage loan with exceptional good
loan terms.

Foreign Buyers of
Real Estate in Bulgaria

Foreign citizens
and companies can buy apartments
in buildings in Bulgaria without
any restrictions.
Therefore, any
foreign citizen has no
restriction in buying apartments
in Bankya Heights project.
When the
investor becomes full owner of
the purchasedproperty:
The buyer becomes
full owner of the property when
the final purchase contract in
special notary’s form is
concluded. The contract /title
deeds/ is prepared by a lawyer
and certified by notary. After
the signing of the contract in
front of the notary it has to be
filled in the special property
register in the local Regional
court. The register is analogue
of the cadastre register in some
west European countries. There
the contract obtains special
number which can be opposed to
every one contract filled latter
in the register.

Bankya is recently turning into part
